My students do not have access to technology in the classroom. They do not have laptops, iPads, tablets or any other types of technology. The only type of technology in my classroom is a Promethean board which is utilized for whole group instruction. The students have the opportunity to use this during whole group time but my students are in different grades and it is difficult to differentiate instruction to reach each student.
iPads would allow my students to work on their individual goals and develop their skills at their instructional level while I work with other students. This would help them further develop their individual skill deficits.
