There are two parts to this particular project. First of all, there is a request for an entire set of the 2018-2019 Oregon Battle of the Books books to support the kids' preparation to participate in the reading competition next year. The second part is a request of two sets of paint pens, which will be a great resource for art projects since we do not have a sink in our classroom. With the paint pens, you simply paint with the pen: no brushes needed, and therefore no clean-up of water and dirty, paint-encrusted brushes. The fulfillment of these requests will mean a great deal to our work in our classroom....We will be able to work and read together in preparation for the OBOB experience!
