I am requesting seat sacks for my class. Seat sacks will be placed on the backs of each student's chair. These seat sacks provide storage for materials that students use daily, such as folders, notebooks and writing utensils. Seat sacks will keep these materials readily available to the students. Seat sacks will help save time in class because materials will be readily available, and students will not have to spend time looking for things.
This project is very important to me because it is vital to protect every minute of learning in the 2nd grade.
Many of my students enter the 2nd grade below grade level and need all of the academic minutes they can get. They can not afford to misuse time. The less time they spend searching for materials, the more time they can spend learning!
