Please help our second grade class gain some books and tools that our students need in the classroom to help fuel their learning!
My students LOVE learning, and even something so simple as a special pencil can help motivate them to do their very best in the classroom. I have also asked for a few books to add to our classroom library, and my kids enjoy being read to , and being able to hold the books in their hands. We also use the books to help students look back at text and answer questions, partner read, and work independently.
I have asked for oils to help create a relaxing environment for my students. Lavender and Eucalyptus help with relaxation and peppermint also helps with sinus issues as well as other uses.
I also asked for dice for our math games. We do a lot of hands-on activities in math and dice are some of our commonly used tools!
The paper will be used for students to create colorful displays of work that they will be proud to show-off. We come from a title I school that doesn't have much money for school supplies. I often spend money purchasing materials for my students, so it would be amazing to have someone to donate to my classroom through Donor's Choose!!
