My students are from a low income community. So, it is hoped that providing students with a smart TV will assist with enhancing instruction and classroom community for all our students. It will help create an engaging classroom environment based on technology and peer interaction. The smart TV will help our students in the classroom by using supportive apps, facilitate partner and group work, and create an engaging classroom for all students. There are several apps that will help our students, including math supports where students can have access to digital graph paper, calculators, or digital manipulatives so they can participate with the other students. In addition, there are multiple software programs that allows students to become actively engaged in our classroom.
