These materials will make a difference in my students' learning. These items will be a great assist in educating my students because of the disabilities that affect the way they learn. For example, I will be able to project a lesson on the screen. Due to my students' various disabilities, my students learn in different ways. The disabilities in my class includes: Autism, Other Health Impairments (OHI), Cerebral Paisy, and Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). Some of my students have visual processing problems while others have audio processing problems. For example, my students struggle with reading, I would use the document camera and projector to project the book so the students can follow along with me while I read from their book. I would also use the laptop and speakers to show the student visual examples of what they are reading. My students love to know what they are reading about. With the laptop, document camera, speakers, and projector, I will be able to become creative with my lessons while at the same time show the students things they may not experience outside their community.
