Bean bag chairs, yoga balls, a fluffy rug, and lamps for dim lighting create a welcoming classroom for my students with a variety of disabilities in work in. Bean bag chairs and yoga balls allow my students to move around in the classroom while staying focussed and productive. In addition to flexible seating items, lamps and a fluffy rug create sensory input for my students who need it the most. The use of technology through the Fire Tablets will engage my students and provide an opportunity to complete more technology integrated activities.
These items will provide a comfortable environment for my students to work in and in return aid their learning.
