Our students will use the outdoor picnic tables as they participate in a variety of activities in our Outdoor Classroom. As a teacher. my goal is to have the outdoor environment be a true reflection of the discovery areas we have inside. Children have the opportunity to engage in a traditional playground with items such as bikes, a sandbox, a climber, hula hoops, and a trampoline. The playground will also have a music area, block center, library, dramatic play and sensory area.
The tables will be used for the dramatic play area and art area.
The Sensory table will be used as a water table.
This project will make a difference by continuing to support children with a variety of enriching and engaging activities outside the classroom.
