My students are energetic and learn in a variety of ways, providing them with magnetic whiteboards gives individual hands-on practice with magnetic letters and words. These boards also allow them to practice writing the words using a bright color. The mobile easel will allow for teacher and students to model making words with both magnets and markers, along with creating charts that can be revisited and copied.
The best part about READING with ball chairs, whiteboards and an easel is MOVING around our space. I want students to be excited to join me everyday. I want to move with them around the room, while also providing spaces they can go to individually or in partners to work while I focus on individual needs.
After fifteen exciting years in third and fourth grades, I look forward to my journey as a Reading Specialist that develops each students' love for reading, appreciation for learning and inspires them to dream toward their own future!
