These book titles will help to grow our classroom library and help foster a love of reading with my students. The books will be used in small book club formats to get them talking about current, relevant issues or make connections to their lives. Having current titles will help with engagement and create active participants in these small groups. By donating to this project, you will be helping my middle schoolers fall in love with books! With these books, my student's choice will greatly expand and finding 'the perfect book' will become all that much easier. I can not wait to share Kwame Alexander's basketball book The Crossover with my reluctant 7th grader readers as well as all the other fantastic titles on my list
