I love to watch as students learn and understand . Education is changing everyday. Students are coming to us with bigger holes and we are looking for the best way to help fill them. These manipulatives will help set the stage for learning for my students. The linking cubes will help students with one to one correspondence as they grow in thier foundation of math and numbers. The shape links and tangrams will allow the students to manipulate shapes to build and explore other shapes. Using the dice and wooden cubes will help student represent numbers and manipulate numbers as they grow through the school year. Students will be discovering and learning numbers through the place value system. Through the use of the dominos and the place value set they can explore this and make sense of it in their own way. They will allow the students to explore and learn through multiple outlets, helping to give meaningful engagement and focus to multiple topics throughout the school year. Students with all different learning styles will be able to find new ways to use manipulatives to help them learn best. They will be well loved and enjoyed throughout the year.
