The materials I am asking for are to make this school year one of the best. I need flexible seating in the classroom for students who are need movement in the classroom. These students will be able to fully pay attention while being able to get what they need. I teach 1st grade ELA and it is a mission for me to make it as interesting as possible. From previous years I have tried to make reading as fun as possible but it can get difficult when students have already made up in their minds that reading is and forever will be boring! When reading can take you to another world, no matter what environment you are in. I want for my scholars to know that reading isn't for just school but it can also be an adventure! So the crates, book boxes are to encourage some type of individuality with their own reading. I would rather students have their own because I know that at home they may have to share everything.
