Every child deserves to be exposed to books that captivate their attention and ignite the desire to read. After all, isn't that how lifelong readers are developed? Based on their interests and conversations, I have created a list of sought-after topics, titles, and series’. Students will be able to enjoy the books for years to come! All of these books will be readily available to my learners. They will be placed in our classroom library for easy access. Students that enjoy what they read will continue the habit. My hope is that by having high-interest books readily available in our classroom, student interest in reading as a hobby will increase, and as a result reading skills will improve.
