The use of Chromebooks in the classroom will greatly enhance my students' learning. My students are often in small group instruction and independent workstations. My students move throughout the classroom to choose literacy activities to work on independently. During their group time, students will be able to access online reading texts, math programs, and science tools to work on independently, while I work with a small group of students. My students will be abIe to access online texts to develop reading fluency, comprehension skills, as well as access online math programs to develop math fact fluency, practice math skills and complete online research and projects for science. In addition, I will use the Chromebooks to work with my small group of students on skills and activities. We can all have access to the same text or program at the same time. The Chromebooks will continue to motivate, engage and enrich my students' learning.
