Having a second monitor would significantly increase the support, engagement, and interaction I could provide to students during distance learning.
While presenting a demonstration on one screen, I could monitor their progress on the other. Multitasking with attendance documents, Google Classroom, Zoom, and student videos on one screen is intense! It will also allow for eye contact with students which is huge in engagement! These students have been working hard from home for the past 11 months and deserve the support they need to succeed. Distance learning is not the same as in-person learning, but we can definitely get close by supporting their needs!
