I teach English at a comprehensive urban high school that serves around 1300 students. The high school encourages the use of technology in our curriculum. The students are tech-savvy and thrilled about every opportunity to use it. They are willing, able, motivated and for the most part, accept and face the challenges and expectations of an inner-city school. In a given school year, I teach about 150 students from grades 10-12.
