My project is focused on classroom management and helping our technology devices get rebooted.
With our school being located in a rural area, my students love to use technology to learn about the world around them. Right now, the charging station for our Chromebooks consists of an old shelf where the back is falling off. The chargers do not stay with the correct computer, so it makes it hard for students to plug in their Chromebooks in a timely matter. We are blessed to also have Kindles and an iPad in our classroom; however, they do not have any sort of charging device. Sometimes they can go dead due to the lack of plug-ins that are available in my classroom. My students absolutely love researching topics, learning how to type, figuring out escape rooms over a literacy topic, taking accelerated reading quizzes to test their comprehension, and many more things. However, being able to add more simplicity when taking them out or putting them back, would be wonderful.
The bookshelf that I have requested would replace my bookshelf that has no back to it and is hard to store items on.
I truly appreciate any help to make my classroom better for my students.
