My students will use the Fire tablets to access learning apps that will allow them to expand their knowledge, and literacy skills. I also teach writing and my students will use these tablets to research people and places around the world! I have already found several apps that will allow students to access content on their level to meet their specific needs, as well as general literacy apps that will allow them to expand their selection of literary pieces. We are not yet a one to one district and I would love to be able to achieve this for my classroom. With these 5, I would be able to have 2 stations utilize these tablets on a daily basis and would be able to have groups use them to compete in games against each other.
