All of my students love to be hands-on while learning and I want to be able to give them that opportunity. I plan on using the easel pad to introduce new math skills. The students will use the dice as a manipulative to increase the students’ knowledge in all areas of math. The students will use the dice inside a dice as a way for fun addition and subtraction games. The students can also use the 10-sided dice for multiplication. Using the hands-on materials will captivate them and make them excited and eager to learn.
The students are so eager to get their hands on any sort of technology, and that’s why I think it’s so important to give them the opportunity. I want to give my students the chance to practice math skills while using technology. I plan on using the Chromebook during our math center time. I will use the Chomebook in a technology rotation where the students will get to play a variety of different math games.
