The backpacks will be used for a program where students will be given a bag with books about a related topic. These book bags will include 2-3 books, with activities to practice their reading skills. These books will provide an opportunity for kids who do not have books at home. These books will help reach students who show little interest in reading and encourage reading at home with the family. Backpacks are in dire need. The backpacks will be filled with activities, books, and goodies to help encourage reading in my classroom. Thank you for your support! -Love Ms. Johnson
