In the beginning of the Kindergarten year, it is important to incorporate art in the kindergarten curriculum. Lakeshore play dough and dough cutters are a fun way to make letters, build words, and build their name.
In addition to art, my students will use the stamp pads for spelling. My school is one of the few full day Kindergarten models. Incorporating art into the full day schedule helps students learn not only through paper and pencil, but also through hands on activities such as Playdoh and stamps.
My students also need pencil boxes to store their school supplies. The badge holders are necessary for their student ID cards as it is used in the library, computer lab, and cafeteria.
