From open-ended play, to arts and crafts, and to teaching educational content, there is so much fun and benefits from using a light table in the preschool classroom. The light table adds excitement when teaching and learning letters, numbers, patterning, name writing, and color mixing! The Light Table Manipulative Center allows for students to explore the properties of color and light while building math, language, and science skills all at the same time! The center includes numbers, letters, pattern blocks, and color chips. Students will have the opportunity to count and create color combinations and they will also be able to participate in hands-on learning with the sensory rings. The sensory rings have a unique texture which brings this type of learning and play to another level!
