The resources and materials chosen for this project are the basic classroom necessities my students will need to actively engage and feel welcomed in their environment.
I want my classroom to be welcoming, engaging, and to feel like a "second home" for my students. In order for me to create that environment, I need access to materials (crayons, rulers, glue sticks, pencils) that students can utilize and call their own. The stools and rug will complete the classroom by creating a space for students to engage, learn, and collaborate while creating a welcoming environment. I strive to provide the safest, most welcoming environment for my students, because that is where the learning starts!
