Flexible classroom seating is a new trend of classroom seating that allows student movement, student centered learning, freedom to choose, and added health benefits. Alternative classroom seating is a choice provided to students that allows them to work around the room comfortably and helps them stay more focused. These ball chairs will provide students the environment they need to do their best work.
All students, including students with ADHD and ADD would benefit from this seating. Due to the fact that 5th-7th grade students do not have recess anymore they will be given the opportunity to move throughout the classroom by using flexible seating.
