Kindergarteners LOVE and NEED to be on the move! Ample research has shown that movement throughout the day is so beneficial in helping little ones' brains to stay engaged and process what they're learning. In addition, students are much happier and more comfortable when they're able to move around as needed. Wobble stools allow students to wiggle away as they work! I hope to have my "teaching table" equipped with six wobble stools to help students to stay focused and comfortable as they work in reading and math stations. These stools can also be easily moved around the room to be used as needed throughout the day. I feel confident that providing comfortable seating that encourages movement will help my students to stay engaged and do their best!
