Many students think that ‘science’ is a class that they attend and don’t think about science in the world around them outside of what they are learning in their science curriculum.
With Science World magazine, I will be able to expose my students to new and interesting things in the world of both science and technology that may be either directly or indirectly affecting their lives today.
Not only will I be able to add high interest content, but I will be able to use this information to facilitate group discussion, add a chance for oral class presentations about articles that interest them, and add additional opportunities to read for pleasure and comprehension outside the required curriculum.
