My students thrive off of the use of technology and love learning new ways to use technology. PE is not all of the students favorite subject, but using something like an iPod touch allows students to get real time data and learn creatively.
There are always new games, apps, and activities that students can play on the iPods in order to stay active and move in PE. Having a few iPods to show students these games and activities will help students see how easy being physically active can be. Being able to add technology into my class and play these games and activities will keep my students engaged and give them a different perspective on physical education.
