Having headphones accessible to use with student Ipads will allow my students to listen to audio books. These books will be directly linked to the topic we are working on in reading and writing. The headphones will also serve well while students are practicing math skills, as our math program will read to the children.
Reading books aloud is how I share my love of reading with my students. These books are titles that will aid me in teaching social skills, the traits of writing, and comprehension skills. I read several books a day in my classroom. My students and I look forward to spending time together reading these great books!
I have included a few science materials with this project. Science can work hand in hand with what we read. These science materials will give students real life visuals of what we are reading about as well as sensory opportunities.
