My students will benefit from having seating options which will allow them to be comfortable as they listen, think, reflect, read, write, and respond. As students in our school continue to recover and heal after Hurricane Harvey, it is important that our classroom environments promote comfort, creativity, relaxation, safety, and trust as well as learning. As students complete classroom assignments they may choose to relax in a comfy chair and collaborate with others, or they may prefer a quiet spot away from the crowd with a lap desk. These special learning spaces will be valued by students and will enhance the learning experience.

About my class
