We currently have a small supply of Orff instruments in our classroom. As our school has grown, the need for additional instruments has arisen. By adding the bass bars, students will have access to a variety of timbres, as well as more opportunities for the entire class to participate.
We use Orff to not only create accompaniments, but also create compositions. Students are encouraged to explore all the different sounds available in our class. Adding the bass voice ensures a richer, fuller sound in our classroom projects, performances, and improvisation.
