Being a first year teacher, I have quickly learned that it is expensive to create a classroom FULL of supplies and materials. Great resources, materials, and manipulatives are critical to creating an exciting and engaging learning environment for all children. Every item I chose for my project will have such an impact on my students, not only this year, but in the many years to come. From Linking Logs and Manga-Tiles to use on "Fun Friday," a Bean Bag chair and leveled books for my reading center, STEM activities, math manipulatives, and so much more, my students are guaranteed to love, appreciate, and get LOTS of use out of everything purchased for our classroom! My goal is to provide a classroom full of materials that will help reach the needs of every student that walks through my door! I am anxious to get an awesome classroom library started for my students as well as collect great books for read alouds and have resources at hand that are needed for all subject areas!
