Today a reader, tomorrow a leader". Over 100 learners will walk through my door each day, ready to READ! I have the pleasure of teaching reading in my hometown to a fantastic group of students who will one day lead! I don't know my upcoming group of students yet, but what I do know, is that all students can learn in a well equipped & comfortable classroom. A well equipped, comfortable classroom allows students to be creative and inspired. I have noticed a difference in student performance when the classroom is inviting and comfortable. In addition, I have noticed and increase in student engagement and performance with the implementation of flexible seating because it allows students to take charge of their learning!
