The classroom library that I inherited has many great books in it; however, most of them have seen their better days. I want to refresh my library with new copies of classics and more current books as well. I have had several students ask for graphic novels and I have none. I don't think our school library has any either. I am looking to update my class library with your help! I hope to be able to encourage my students to read about different cultures and ways of life with these new materials. Many of the books that I chose will give my students insight into various cultures that they normally wouldn't be able to experience here in a very rural middle of the country state.
