These materials will help by developing their critical thinking and problem solving skills in order to succeed in life and their education. I started Fun Fridays last year as an incentive for students good behavior. I purchased STEM activities with my personal monies. I saw a huge difference in my students after having had just one Fun Friday using STEM activities. I noticed an improvement in self-confidence. The students were working in a group and using higher-order thinking skills to solve problems. After one Friday, my students looked forward to Fridays and their behavior as well as their academics improved greatly.
