The light table and a sand and water sensory table will make ELA and math centers more engaging for my students. They will love to sift through items like rice, beans, sand, corn, or pom poms in a sensory table while searching for sight words, numbers, or letters. The light table would be a new hit for my kinders as they explore with light play while learning letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and more! While these special tables are used for our center time and learning, they can also be a tool for students with special needs. The sensory input of these tables can be very relaxing for my kinders. They will make a great addition to our kindergarten classroom!
