I am seeking these resources for my students, in an effort to make our classroom an inviting and engaging place for all students. For our students with hypersensitivity, I hope to give them sensory blankets and body socks. These and the florescent light covers, will help my students focus and remain calm. I also selected noise cancelling headphones for some of my students who become overwhelmed by outside noises. This project will help my students explore their senses and make new discoveries. Products like the kinetic sand and water beads, will allow students to feel and describe many textures and feelings. These tools will help my students interact with the classroom in a very positive way.
