The materials being requested are : pencils, pencil bags, a stool for washing hands (practicing good hygiene), folders for class, backpacks, math reading books, kinesthetic manipulatives, and the basic classroom essentials.
These materials will help my students learning by having more updated tools and books that grasp their interest and are in pristine condition. The kids will be excited to come to school and willing to learn when they have something to look forward to. Our kids cannot afford everything they need for school so removing that stress from their lives will better position them to learn in a healthier environment and without outside distractions or concerns. By providing these materials to our students they can focus on school and not focus on what they do not have.
