Our class loves reading class novels. It鈥檚 fun to predict together, experience together, and discuss novels as we read them. Reading class novels together gets students excited to read. My current class set of 鈥淭he Giver鈥 has been used for 18 years, so students are gluing pages back in daily. Sometimes they have to share books because pages are missing. It would be awesome to have new books for students to enjoy because it鈥檚 a favorite novel each year for my students. Students need working copies of the books because we spend a lot of time analyzing and doing different projects with the novel as we go.
