Many of my students come to the floor to learn during a lesson. The chairs would help add a comfy place for them to sit and learn. Many lessons in my classroom consist of students building a working anchor chart. The easel would be much easier for them to see, as well as, participate with the actual making of the anchor chart. I like that we can move the easel around the room to wherever we are doing our learning. We have interactive smart-boards, but I can not put the anchor chart on the board during the lesson, because it interferes with the lesson on the board. We constantly having to switch the board on and off to work on our anchor chart and this is frustrating for the children.
