The students I serve come from a variety of different backgrounds. Unfortunately with technology hovering over our daily life, some of them have never played a board game before. I chose the Magna Tiles and the LEGO Brick set specifically for my students to use their imagination to create whatever they could dream up. The addition of these fantastic hands-on games will allow my students to learn to use their imagination for more than creating a world in MineCraft, but build something with their own two hands. They will be able to use educational games like Sight Word Bingo and CVC dice to to enhance their reading and phonics skills and create a love for learning. The students will be able to work together to create objects and build social skills.
