The Sadlier Oxford Vocabulary Workshop for 5th grade because I want to help students build their vocabulary. This resource provides a scaffold approach to vocabulary acquisition. Students will be able to increase their ability to decipher words in context, in that the workbook provides actual passages that includes the words that they are to improve their understanding about.
Students in the school that I serve are language deficient as a result of their socioeconomic status or language barrier, Sadlier Oxford provides through a systematic approach that is consistently followed throughout the text, making it easier for students to do so.
About my class
