After spending a year learning mainly on computers—be it at home or in a socially distanced classroom—I can see that my students are craving hands-on learning. In addition, many of these kids have come to rely on their computers to do calculations for them that they should be able to work out on their own. The goal of this project is to set up multiple hands-on math centers and activities that my students can use to learn their math facts and sharpen their skills as mathematicians.
