The purpose of my project is to challenge and support my students in their learning. Each morning my students engage in morning work. I use this time in the morning to work with students one on one. When I have early finishers I would like them to continue to be engaged in activities. I initiated STEM bags last year and I would like to expand and invest in more differentiated bags and stations throughout the classroom. I want my students to think outside the box, plan new ideas, and figure out why things do what they do. These Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math activities provide great hands-on, educational activities for the students to explore with less help from teachers all while challenging themselves and growing as STEM learners.
