By having flexible seating, my diverse students will be able to feel comfortable while reading and can even create a want and motivation to read. Many of my students come in not good readers or no motivation to read.
By having an awesome reading area and updated books, students are sure to show growth in reading! We currently have a good start to the reading area, however, just some rugs and outdated books, aren't cutting it. We want our students to be motivated to read and to see that reading can be fun and relaxing. If we have the wobble seats and the beanbags, students will be sure to want to go read.
