The Farm Lego set and sensory sand building kit will enable my students to become critical thinkers as we do use them during our STEM station time. The Osmos are a way to make our iPads more hands-on. They will allow students to use technology AND their hands to complete a picture or design with blocks. My students are noticeably more engaged and less disruptive of their peers when they are given something hands-on and challenging. These items will be used in stations multiple times a day so that every student has a chance to stimulate their brains!
Technology is continuously expanding into every part of our lives which is why I would like to incorporate Osmos into my classroom. To succeed in our highly technological society, students need to develop STEM capabilities now more than ever.
I feel it is my duty to jump start this critical thinking as soon as I can!
