My students LOVE reading! Sadly, many of the books we have are outdated. Students are aware of trends in literature and any effort to draw them away from tablets and back to books can provide a foundation in literacy that can last them a lifetime. We are requesting new books for our classroom library. Our titles include Bud, Not Buddy, Wonder, The Fantastic Mr, Fox and many more. These books will reignite their fire for reading! By donating to this project, you will be providing my students with the most current, critically award-winning literature. Our classroom places a tremendous focus on technology. While this continues to be a focus, books will forever be the foundation of the language arts curriculum. My students and I thank you for for consideration.
