My students will grow in their learning community as we all gather together on our new carpet for Morning Meetings, math and science lessons, and Closing Circles. Creating that family environment is vitally important to me! Carpet time is the perfect place to grow together each day. We will use the carpet for class discussions and activities. As the center of the room, the carpet will improve the family feel within my classroom. Everyday the carpet time will be the most valued part of the day. The students will love to gather together! I know that they will value our time together!
