I have a student who is in need of an iPad to be used as a communication device. The iPad will assist with everything from socializing to scheduling to classwork. My goal for this student is language development. At my school, a student's voice is paramount. Students who already have communication devices here receive them as soon as they get off their buses. They will have their voice with them throughout the entire day. My school invests heavily in their staff ensuring that student to teacher ratios are low. With a heavy investment in staff, my school relies on donor support for technology, furniture, equipment, and other supplies. Thank you for your consideration.

About my class
