The materials I chose will help my students reach their fullest potential in many ways. The best way to have a warm and welcoming environment is to make it aesthetically pleasing to the eye and easily accessible. My students LOVE to read! The books I chose for my classroom will spark their imagination in many subject areas, especially STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math). Along with the new literature, they will also need a home. The storage will help us keep our books new and organized. These items will help my students and I stay organized at school and at home. The color coordinated folders will be used at school for various subject areas and one will be used at home. My students have many projects and notes that are turned in each day. The baskets will keep it easy for the flow of our classroom with a designated place for each communication note. It is essential to have a positive learning environment. The way to start with that positive learning environment is to create one. We appreciate this SO much!
