Adding a light table with sensory bin to our classroom will provide my students the ability to explore with manipulatives, work on patterning, sorting, sequencing and one-to-one correspondence. They will also be able to experiment with light and colors. The excitement that this will bring to our room will bring interest to early skills and problem solving.
It is important to me that I provide learning tools and activities that encompass the different learning styles of each and every student. A light table will enhance their introduction to early skills that will be built upon through out their elementary career.
This light table will be used throughout the year for many years to come.
